I am a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to serving patients and families across hospice, long-term care, post-acute, and acute hospital settings, where I have grown from bedside nursing into clinical leadership roles focused on quality, compassion, and excellence in care.
In addition to my clinical experience, I am a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) and HeartSaver Instructor, a Certified Dementia Specialist, and certified in CDC Infection Prevention. These certifications reflect my commitment to lifelong learning, staff education, patient safety, and advancing best practices in healthcare. I am passionate about equipping caregivers and healthcare professionals with the knowledge and confidence they need to provide exceptional, evidence-based care.
My passion for nursing is deeply personal. My greatest inspiration is my grandmother, whose experiences shaped the way I view healthcare. She taught me that every patient deserves to be seen as a person first, with their own story, values, and loved ones. Because of her, I strive to approach every patient as if I were caring for my own grandmother—with compassion, dignity, respect, and unwavering advocacy. That philosophy continues to guide every decision I make as both a nurse and a leader.
By leading with empathy, integrity, and collaboration, I aim to empower clinical teams, support families through life’s most vulnerable moments, and create an environment where compassionate, patient-centered care is the standard. My goal is to inspire others to lead with purpose while ensuring every patient receives the highest quality care they deserve.
