I’m Kristin White, and I am a Registered Nurse Case Manager with Azura Palliative Care and Hospice. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree from UW–Madison and my nursing degree from WCTC. Over the past 15 years, my career has been rooted in senior care, giving me deep experience in memory care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing.

Over time, my clinical experience opened doors into healthcare management, where I served as a nurse education leader and an Assistant Director of Nursing. While leadership allowed me to shape care standards on a broader scale, my heart has always remained with the residents and their loved ones.

Transitioning into hospice allows me to bring that blend of clinical leadership and hands-on compassion exactly where it matters most. For me, healthcare is not just about clinical tasks, it is about human connection. I chose to stay in geriatrics throughout my career because I wanted to avoid the fast-paced, revolving-door environment of a hospital. I have a passion for listening to people’s stories, and building authentic relationships with my patients.

My philosophy is simple: every individual deserves to be treated with unwavering dignity and compassion. I view myself as a steady advocate for both the patient and their family, helping them navigate life’s most vulnerable transitions with peace and respect.

Outside of my clinical role, I enjoy settling down with a good book, going on walks, and traveling with my husband and our 12-year-old son. Our family loves Door County in the summer and exploring the beautiful landscapes and national parks across the country.
